Anger is a very basic emotion, and if one is not able to control it can be very destructive. In anger, one cannot express them correctly, and its better to wait till your anger has subsided before you can have a dialogue to solve the issue. Anger is also a sign that the person is undergoing a lot of stress. Another important tip would be to walk away from the explosive situation, instead of hurling words that you may regret saying later on. Come back, to resolve the issue. Another way to manage anger would be to write down in a diary as to what are the issues that trigger this destructive emotion in you.
